1928 Chevrolet coupe, 85% restored including all new wood in body, $5500 obo; Dave Gallant nnn-nnn-nnnn (Boring OR)
1929 International Six Speed Special Truck (cab & chassis). Has Waukesha XA L-head 4-cylinder engine and 124" wheelbase, 15 gallon gas tank under the seat, 1 ton capacity. Comes with Eaton 2-speed rear axle with a 3 speed transmission, with giving it six forward speeds and 2 reverse and 4 wheel brakes. This truck runs and drives but is in mostly original condition with new front tires and new head gasket. It has wood spoke wheels, which were used in 1928 and 1929 (IH switched to metal in 1930-31 models). It originally had a dump bed, but it was removed (the lift mechanism is still there) so it can be replaced or perhaps a standard box or flatbed can be added. The cab needs some work (wood and metal) and the top is wood with canvas over it, and needs to be redone. We have a box or 2 of spare parts we will include. It would make a great show or parade truck if restored. We have owned it for around 20 years and it has been stored inside. We have an Owner's Manual and Parts Catalog for it, which is included. We are asking $8500 obo. Weighs approx. 2500 lbs; Dan Haider nnn-nnn-nnnn or xxxx@xxxx.xxx (Tigard OR)
