Black Bear 25 hp oil field side shaft engine. Mounted on a 10,500# ABU tandem axle trailer. 11" cylinder with an 18" stroke. 1760 c.i.d. Flat belt driven Pickering fly-ball governor latches exhaust valve open for hit and miss operation. Turns at about 50 rpm firing off about once a minute. Air start with on-board flywheel driven air compressor and air tank. Originally in the Montana oil fields for 40 years, restored and rebuild in the Pacific Northwest. Engines: Several engines for sale. Detroit 2 hp on skid with complete homebuilt cooling tank and ignition systems. Nice little engine, $600. Witte 2 hp? Hopper cooled throttle governed engine. Very clean, good running, with hand crank and Wico mag, $700. Fuller Johnson 1.5 hp hopper cooled. Stover 22 hp, 1916 hit & miss on dual axle trailer, runs great! This 22 hp Stover has always been an easy starter (see video) and is a big hit at shows. It comes with a large wood display sign. It fires approx. once in 14 revolutions when cold and once in 25 revolutions when warmed up. It usually gets to 115 degrees at the end of the day (block filled with antifreeze). Unknown 3-cylinder gas engine. It was made from cutting a 6 cylinder engine in half. I have seen this run a few years ago, but it has been in storage for a number of years and I have not tried to start it. It is electric start. I think it takes a 6 volt auto battery. No cart. Engine head has part number 255151-1. The block number is CWC525020. The tube stand is the engine’s cooling tank. Can be picked up in Tacoma, WA or I can crate and bring to Fastenal for a fee.
