Stover 18hp, throttle governed engine on Bettendorf trucks with screen cooling. Haven’t run the engine in a couple of years, but it does run and is easy to start. Needs water pump replaced and plumbed before running again. I have several brass water pumps you can choose from. Engine currently set up to use sparkplug and buzz coil, but I do have the correct ignitor bracket and Webster magneto to fit this engine.
